I want to congratulate you on taking this important step toward your healing and personal growth, in your mental health journey. I have been working at Advanced Psychiatry associates for 6 and half years now. I have been licensed with master’s degree in social work for twenty years now. My specialty is Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I work with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief and loss. In addition, I work with highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals and help them apply CBT and develop social skills to empower them to speak their truth and honor their voice.
