Brittney is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certified by the ANCC. She received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialization from Charles R. Drew University. She has been employed with APA for the past 3 years. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in the hospital setting, as a behavioral health registered nurse on the inpatient psychiatric unit for 7 years. This setting confirmed her love of mental health and her desire to help others be their best selves. Brittney passion is to promote mental health and improve lives. She believes in creating strong relationships with clients and seeing them make positive changes towards feeling their best. Her reward is seeing how much clients improve and grow to their fullest potentials. She emphasizes healing, growth, and all positive things to help clients overcome their circumstances.  She enjoys spending time with family, friends, meditating, and traveling.
