yes, that is my birth name! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have been involved in healthcare for most of my life, beginning as a caregiver before pursuing nursing. I completed my graduate studies at West Coast University, and early in my nursing career I worked in inpatient psychiatric settings. Through those experiences, I developed a deeper passion for mental health and psychiatry.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, watching anime, playing video games, and keeping up with movies and TV shows. At work, I love getting to know my patients and believe that effective mental health care starts with understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms. I strive to create a relaxed and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. My mantra is simple: meaningful change isn't always noticeable right away; healing and growth often begin with small steps forward.
